Scope of Job:
UTRGV faculty will be expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to student success and to advancing the university, college, and program missions, as well as a commitment to UTRGV's guiding principles(http://www.utrgv.edu/en-us/about-utrgv/transition-plan/guiding-principles), which include promoting access to postsecondary education to a diverse student body and to become one of the largest and most successful Hispanic-serving emerging research institutions in the U.S.A.


Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered as a part-time lecturer, a master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related field of study from an accredited institution is required.

A Ph.D. in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related field is required to teach graduate-level courses.
