Position Summary:

The DBIA Program Coordinator is expected to handle both program management and the day to day administrative duties for this multimillion-dollar, USDA, funded initiative. The successful individual will proactively work with regional collaborators in a five-state area to deliver the program's grant and technical assistance programs, provide reports and policy recommendations to the DBIA Senior Management team and contribute to the identification and implementation of the program's future growth opportunities.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, program management or a related field preferred

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

A minimum of five years of experience in managing programs, preferably in an organization that provides services/resources to businesses. Experience examples include, but are not limited, to grant management (particularly in the areas of federal, workforce or economic development programs), coordination/facilitation of technical assistance initiatives, development of new program initiatives, survey/data analysis, and report writing.
