Position Summary:

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the Department of Educational Policy Studies. Courses may include:
EDPOL 150: Democracy and Education
EDPOL 202: Education at Work
EDPOL 210: Youth, Education, and Society
EDPOL 220: Human Rights and Education
EDPOL 240: Comparative Education
EDPOL 300: School and Society
EDPOL 500: Topics on Social Issues and Education: Education Research
EDPOL 760: Introduction to International Development Education
EDPOL 789: Research Field Methods II

Degree and Area of Specialization:

PhD in Educational Policy Studies or related field.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

At least 3 years teaching educational policy-related courses; additional teaching experience at the graduate level preferred; commitment to equity scholarship and anti-racist practices.

Additional Information:

This is a one-year fixed-term appointment 100% FTE appointments carry a 4/4 teaching load; 75% FTE appointments carry a 3/3 teaching load; 50% FTE appointments carry a 2/2 teaching load. This search is for up to two Faculty Associates at 50-100% FTE.

This position may be extended or made renewable depending on department need and funding.
