Position: Adjunct Voice Instructor -Tenor, Baritone or Bass

Description: The Rowan University Department of Music Vocal Division is now hiring a studio voice teacher to instruct undergraduate students enrolled in the music department programs, including Music Education, Vocal Performance, Bachelor of Arts, Music Therapy and the Music Minor.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will hold a Master of Music in Vocal Performance or Vocal Pedagogy and will have an established career as a singer or teacher in the profession. In addition, the candidate will have at least three years of experience teaching private studio voice, a strong basis in classical vocal technique with knowledge of the pronunciation of Italian, German and French diction. Piano skills and knowledge of standard classical vocal repertoire is required. Experience in teaching voice at the university level is preferred.
