The Dean will effectively communicate with students, faculty, administrators, alumni, community members, and potential benefactors. The Dean will create a healthy, diverse, and inclusive work environment, will ensure that all faculty and staff are treated with dignity and respect, and will serve as a role model for personal wellness inside the school community.
