Responsibilities
Duties include:
  • Under guidance of the Associate Director and faculty Director: Implement prospective student management and outreach communications, including updates to program website, content development for social media sites, andcoordination of editorial calendars.
  • Field and respond to all student inquiries, in consultation with faculty and Associate Director as necessary, including those related to registration, financial aid, registrar, and student accounts.
  • Coordinate event logistics for events planned in late summer and early fall 2021 including speaker series, lecture series, graduate student reading series, off-site events, scholarship events, alumni engagement events; orientations; open houses; and other student committee and faculty meetings.
  • Connect alumni with prospective students and current students to support recruitment and retention; communicate with alumni to update alumni profiles and generate newsletters.
