The Conduct Coordinator and Case Manager (CCCM) is a vital member of University Housing, Residence Life, and Residential Education team. They will assist in implementing an educational conduct process for students who have been alleged in policy violations. Responsibilities will include investigating, evaluating and adjudicating complaints and allegations, while maintaining a case management process. Administrative duties include keeping accurate records, preparing reports for the unit as well as campus partners, providing training and support for Residence Life staff and serving on relevant committees, among other duties. The CCCM reports to the Assistant Director of Residence Life for Conduct and Community Standards, Crisis Management, and Outreach.
- Bachelor's degree
- One year of professional experience in higher education
- Demonstrated commitment to social justice (investment and
engagement in self-education around identity, intersectionality,
power, privilege, and oppression, etc.)
- Experience with and commitment to working effectively with
individuals from diverse backgrounds, in support of an inclusive
and welcoming environment
- Ability to establish and implement short-and-long range goals,
policies, and operating procedures; monitor and evaluate program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability
to work effectively with students, faculty, staff, and parents, as
well as a wide range of constituencies in a diverse
- Knowledge of crisis intervention and advocacy principles and
- Ability to interpret and apply policy provisions to situations
- Master's Degree in higher education, student affairs,
counseling, or related field
- One year of experience in student conduct administration in a
- Direct experience managing a caseload or other experience that
demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to
balance priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience working in Residence Life
- Proficiency in Maxient (case management database
