Key Position Information:

Position Summary:
Supports CRM system contact management.

Typical Essential Duties
  • Prepare lists and template and send monthly student services newsletters.
  • Prepare lists and send weekly point of service surveys.
  • Prepare, clean, code, and send weekly lists to the Marketing team and other departments for mailers and departmental monitoring and follow-up.
  • Clean, code, map, and upload daily marketing communications lists.
  • Perform daily contact merge processes.
  • Perform basic data and platform maintenance such as clearing out old lists, adjusting lists for naming conventions, and deleting old tasks.
  • Respond to basic end-user requests involving contacts as opt-outs, updating email addresses, etc.
  • Other tasks as assigned by CRM Coordinator, CRM Director, and/or other Marketing staff.


Associate’s degree.


Two (2) years’ experience providing administrative support using a database or CRM.

  • Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Incumbents may be subjected to electrical currents, dusts, extreme temperatures, work space restrictions, intense noises and travel.

Prepare, review, code, map, and upload contact lists.

Perform contact merge processes.

Create, clean, and distribute contact lists on a regular schedule and as requested.
