Additional Schedule Details: This is a remote position based in Louisville. This position requires frequent travel and evening and weekend hours. Additionally, this position requires periodic travel to the EKU campus in Richmond for trainings and on-campus recruitment events.

Position Summary:
The Senior Admissions Counselor is responsible for the identification and recruitment of qualified, new undergraduate students to the University. The incumbent may be based off-campus in a regional location of high recruitment potential. The incumbent will conduct market analysis, employ data analysis to help move prospective students through the recruitment lifecycle predictive modeling to inquiry development, recommend and implement recruitment strategies, and establish relationships with prospective students, families, school counselors, and community members involved in the college search and selection process. The counselor will serve as the Admissions liaison to targeted school counselor associations and related community organizations.


Minimum Education:
-Bachelor’s degree required.
-Master’s degree preferred.


Minimum Experience:
Three years of related experience required. Previous experience in Admissions preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.


Minimum Licensure and Certification:
Valid state driver’s license is required.
