The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for an Assistant Professor of Engineering.
- Responsible for teaching introductory engineering including statics and dynamics as well as doing appropriate service and scholarly activities.
- The standard teaching load at UNG is 12 credit hours per semester.
- Scholarly work involving undergraduates, advising students, service to the university and community, active participation in departmental activities, maintaining a collegial work environment and professional development are expected.
- Applicants are required to have a Ph.D. in engineering or a closely related field.
- The successful candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to undergraduate teaching.
