About Northeastern:
Founded in 1898, Northeastern is a global research university and the recognized leader in experience-driven lifelong learning. Our world-renowned experiential approach empowers our students, faculty, alumni, and partners to create impact far beyond the confines of discipline, degree, and campus.

Our locations—in Boston; Charlotte, North Carolina; London; Portland, Maine; San Francisco; Seattle; Silicon Valley; Toronto; Vancouver; and the Massachusetts communities of Burlington and Nahant—are nodes in our growing global university system. Through this network, we expand opportunities for flexible, student-centered learning and collaborative, solutions-focused research.

Northeastern's comprehensive array of undergraduate and graduate programs— in a variety of on-campus and online formats—lead to degrees through the doctorate in nine colleges and schools. Among these, we offer more than 195 multi-discipline majors and degrees designed to prepare students for purposeful lives and careers.

About the Opportunity:
Under the direct supervision of the Senior Associate Director of International Admissions, the Senior Assistant Director of Admission for International and Pathway Recruitment will directly support the undergraduate admissions office to achieve Northeastern's international goals and priorities through leading and teaching best practices regarding international customer service, knowledge, and evaluation. This person will collaborate with Admissions Leadership to develop the building, selection, and customer service of international Pathway programs. This position will liaise with campus partners to ensure best practices with regard to our processes that impact international student populations. This person will work closely with the Associate Director of Admission for Evaluation to advise and conduct international student application evaluation.

Responsibilities:
As a territory manager, traditional responsibilities include: travel to attract and subsequently enroll students; develop and implement targeted programming efforts and activities; manage a territory throughout the admission cycle; evaluate freshman and transfer applicants for admission; counsel and advise students and families regarding the admission process; conduct interviews and presentations; and establish, develop and maintain relationships with guidance counselors and transfer advisors while marketing the University effectively. This position will work closely with other University offices and programs, as well as with appropriate off-campus agencies and services. The Senior Assistant Director will conduct the role with the highest degree of professionalism, ensuring that the Northeastern brand and image are accurately conveyed.

Qualifications:
