Assist in shaping the Men's Lacrosse program at Emerson College.

Your team:

Emerson College Athletics and Recreation will provide opportunities for students to participate in an athletic program of the highest quality; together, we will foster an athletic culture that values integrity, diversity, equity, competitive success, and high academic achievement.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit qualified student-athletes
  • Identify, engage, and attend events where recruits are participating and recruit individuals to join Emerson College lacrosse


Other Responsibilities:
  • Scouting teams
  • Break down game film
  • Assist the head coach in practice and game planning
  • Other duties as assigned


Please note: Your schedule will include nights and weekends and travel is expected.

Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior coaching experience
  • Demonstrated success with recruiting qualified student-athletes.
  • Understanding of NCAA rules, experience with Front Rush and film breakdown software
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through everyday actions
  • Comfort with working some nights and weekends


Working conditions:
  • Ability to sit or stand for long durations
  • Exposure to outdoor elements
  • Travel is expected


Grade of Position: A13N

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 19.40

Hiring Range: $19,346.48 - $20,229.52
