This is a part-time position that is responsible for performing clerical duties for the Tutoring Center (Math, Writing & Science Center) inclusive of setting up schedules, answer phone calls, emails, assist students with appointments, work with faculty and peer tutors on scheduling matters both in-person and virtually. Coordinate with Marketing on producing Center’s marketing event materials, distribute these, and update the website and other online portals accordingly. Furthermore, to support coordinator with maintaining data and reporting each semester, along with providing technical support for Center students, faculty and peer tutors, and staff in navigating TutorTrac portal used for scheduling and reporting.

Ability to keep accurate reports and comfortable working in multiple reporting and technical platforms

Qualifications - Experience:  Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel. Good customer service, writing, and communication skills. Organized and detail-oriented. Patient and have a positive attitude for interacting with diverse students, faculty, and staff is necessary. Experience working and managing scheduling and reporting systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems – Ellucian/Colleague, Peoplesoft, etc. In addition, to being flexible with scheduling and work hours.

Qualifications - Education: Associate Degree – Required, Bachelor Preferred.
