Indiana University Kokomo School of Nursing invites applications for a full-time Director of the Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) track to a 12-month clinical rank position beginning November 2021. The director holds responsibility for providing leadership in the School of Nursing and Allied Health Professions relative OTA, oversight of all aspects of the track, and teaching within the track curriculum. Candidates must be able to teach OT didactic, laboratory, and practice courses. Candidates must have an earned master’s degree in OT from an accredited program (earned doctorate in OT or related field preferred), authority to practice in Indiana, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of OT. Previous experience in administration is desirable. Evidence of effective teaching and service will be required for continued contract and promotion. A list of three references with contact information is also required.
