Position Summary:
The Director of Buildings & Grounds Maintenance is the primary operational liaison between the university community and the Department of Facilities Services. In the absence of the Associate Vice President, the Director of Buildings & Grounds Maintenance will be required to maintain the business of the department.

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Experience Required:
• Eight years of experience that is related to the duties above.

Required Knowledge:
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations, codes, protocols, and procedures pertinent structural activities.
• Knowledge of records management principles and procedures; understanding of capital and operating budgets and budgeting practices.
