Key Responsibilities

The department of Art is seeking part-time adjunct instructor(s) with teaching or professional experience in the following areas: Digital Photography; Digital Art; Digital Media; New Media; Integrated Media to teach Digital Art, Digital Photography, and Digital Animation. A master’s degree in a relevant discipline (from an accredited institution) is required. Prior teaching experience is strongly preferred. In order to deliver upon its educational commitment to students, Juniata courses are offered on our campus in Huntingdon, PA. In-person instruction is preferred, but consideration of online courses is possible for strong candidates with demonstrated expertise in remote learning.

Position Qualifications

A master’s degree in a relevant discipline (from an accredited institution) is required.

Supervision Required/Given

This position is supervised by the Chair of the Art Department.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior teaching experience is strongly preferred.
