The Copy Center Coordinator is responsible for the successful and efficient operation of the Copy Center. Their primary role will be to receive work orders and complete them in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing equipment such as high-performance photocopiers, large format printers, and finishing equipment such as binding and cutting machines. The Copy Center Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining copy center inventory, billing functions, and ordering print and copy supplies for the campus as needed. This position reports to the Manager of Campus Services and will spend some of their time assisting in Mail Center Operations as needed.

Education/Skills Requirements

High School education or G.E.D. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to Word, Excel and Publisher; familiarity with other applications used for printing such as Adobe Illustrator and In-Design and the ability to work across operating platforms; and willingness and ability to learn new applications as necessary. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.

Experience Requirements and/or Equivalents

1-3 years combined working knowledge of high performance photocopiers, mid-volume photocopiers, and high-speed printers preferred. Experience with paper cutters, paper folders, binders, and other finishing equipment preferred. Experience working with computers and networks preferred.

Standard Work Days and Hours

This is a full-time, academic year posiiton. 40 hours per week, August-May.

Normal schedule is M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Some overtime hours in the evenings and on the weekend may be necessary
