Who We Are

We study assembly mechanisms of the proteasome holoenzyme, a sophisticated molecular machine for protein degradation. To learn more about our research, please refer to the website: https://www.colorado.edu/mcdb/soyeon-park

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

This position will investigate mechanisms of evolutionarily conserved chaperone proteins, including Gankyrin, a known onco-protein in humans, as to how they orchestrate and ensure accurate proteasome assembly. The Park laboratory has established both in-vitro and in-vivo systems to address this fundamentally important problem.

What We Can Offer

The salary range for this position will be $42,000 - $48,000 annually.
