Responsible for the overall daily operational coordination and effective management of the Universities’ Title III Grant Project. This includes having authority to manage and coordinate the project according to the approved project plan. Provides operational oversight of the Title III project, drafts effective administrative compliance procedures and progress reports for approval by the Vice Provost of Enrollment Management, monitors resource expenditures and regulatory compliance, and maintains grant systems. Performs reporting, which contributes to the implementation/analysis of the project’s student success initiatives and supports the day-to-day operations of the grant project. Assists the Vice Provost of Enrollment Management in providing high-level strategic coordination and professional guidance university constituents responsible for functions supporting student success and other project initiatives to advance the university goals.

Master’s degree in Student Personnel Administration, Higher Education Administration, Counseling, Career Development or related field.

Computer Skills Word-Processing, Spreadsheet, Presentation, Web Page Maintenance Experience

1. Three (3) years experience in project administration with specified objectives, timelines, target outcomes and evaluation.
2. Three (3) years administrative experience including personnel and budget management.
3. Two (2) years experience working with college and/or high school students with diverse backgrounds.
4. Experience in administering a federal grant preferred.
5. Demonstrated record of achievement with improving student retention and/or time to degree preferred.
6. Experience working with faculty on curriculum development and engagement of students preferred.

This is a grant-funded position that has two years remaining. While the University will reapply for additional years it is not guaranteed.
