Director of Enrollment Management Operations

Job Description

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is now hiring a Director of Enrollment Management Operations. Under the direction of the Dean of Enrollment Management, the Director of Enrollment Management Operations serves as the point person who provides technology (CRM, SIS, BI, and other systems), data, and operation support for the division of Enrollment Management at the Daytona Beach campus. This position is responsible for providing daily oversight of the division of Enrollment Management services including:

  • Overseeing the processing of admissions applications and supporting documents
  • Managing the different systems utilized within the division of Enrollment Management along with providing technical support to the Offices of Admissions and Enrollment Marketing
  • Overseeing the importing of prospective students’ data to the CRM (Targetx/Salesforce) and the student information system (PeopleSoft) along with enhancing the data exchange processes between systems through automated interfaces
  • Working in close collaboration with IT to ensure effective maintenance of systems utilized in the division of Enrollment Management along with ensuring the integrity of data across the different system utilized
  • Supporting the office of Enrollment Marketing with the implementation of prospective student communication flows in Targetx and Marketing Cloud
  • Building of reports and dashboard in the BI, CRM, and SIS
  • Overseeing the enrollment processes of special programs such as Honors Program, Gaetz academy (dual enrollment program), Summer Camp, Exchange students program
  • Managing the SEVIS registration process for international students through Terra Dotta
  • Working with external vendors to increase the prospect/applicant pools and enhance the applicant experience using tools provided by vendors such as EAB, Zeemee, Fullmeasure, and others
  • Using cutting edge technology to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the processing of applications/supporting documents and all other processes within the division of enrollment management
  • Training of staff on the use of the systems and finding ways to maximize the use of all of our technologies
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the enrollment leadership


The Director of Enrollment Management Operations will be expected to research, recommend, and implement new solutions to support the recruitment, application review, yield, and enrollment of undergraduate and graduate students. This position will need to work in collaboration with leaders from our sister campuses at Prescott and Worldwide to make sure they are able to meet their recruitment goals as well.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Supervisory experience managing technical team(s)
  • Experience with student information systems
  • Experience with project management
  • Knowledge of Admissions practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well with various constituents including peers, supervisors, faculty, students and others, and ability to communicate well with all levels of University staff and administration
  • Experience with document imaging and workflow (Oracle Product)
  • Experience with business process documentation
  • Experience managing data and creating reports and dashboards
  • Ability to assess the training needs of the multitude of end-users within the Enrollment Management division
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines with little to no supervision
  • Superior experience with Microsoft 365, especially Excel


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle Campus Solutions (PeopleSoft)
  • Experience with the Targetx/Salesforce CRM
