About the Opportunity:
The Khoury College of Computer Sciences Graduate School requires an individual with proven skills in handling confidential materials, multi-tasking, and handling sensitive situations in a calm, thoughtful and professional manner.
The Admissions Assistant will assist the Graduate Admissions Office with applicant inquiries, application review and enrollment information communication; They will also provide reports to program directors and other college staff on the application funnel, decision progress, applicant pool demographics, and other requested reports; Work closely with other university stakeholders on consistent communication with prospective and current applicants. This individual must be able to multi-task under a fast-paced environment with many distractions.
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years work experience, preferable in a higher education setting. Individual must have strong organization skills and be comfortable with Microsoft Office and Outlook. Person must be able to multi-task, remain focused in a somewhat hectic environment and be team oriented with excellent customer service skills. Sense of humor a plus. Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively on behalf of the college.
