Job Summary

Perform data entry and clerical work requiring general knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and custom software programs. The responsibilities of this position may include issuing supplemental contracts and substitute pay contracts, providing informational assistance to students and faculty within the division and performing day-to-day office functions.

Required Qualifications

Associate Degree and three years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience with use of personal computers and must be able to use a variety of computer programs including word processing and spreadsheets. Use of standard office equipment required. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy while working on numerous projects simultaneously. Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to diffuse conflict.
