Position Overview:
VCU seeks a Front Desk Assistant to support operations at the VCU Health Hub at 25th. This position would report operationally to the Associate Director of the health hub and will provide administrative and clerical support for a range of tasks within the hub. The Front Desk Assistant will serve as a liaison to the community and should be accustomed to providing exceptional customer service in high-paced environments.
Duties will include (but not necessarily limited to):
Checking in and welcoming guests
Answering phones and fielding inquiries
Scheduling meetings
Coordinating hub activities
Keeping hub common areas tidy and presentable
Monitoring, organizing, and forwarding emails as appropriate
Tracking office equipment and supplies
Dissemination of health hub programming efforts
