Part-Time MCC Assistant Volleyball Coach
Position: The McCook Community College Assistant Volleyball Coach will report to the Head Coach. The assistant coach assists the head coach in all aspects of the program including coordination of travel, public relations, recruitment, and compliance to the rules and regulations of the NJCAA and the athletic conference of which MCC is a member of. Assists with team practices, academic monitoring of student athletes, and provides adequate feedback and evaluation to student athletes as to potential progress and performance. Will assist with field or court preparations and ensures facilities are set up and ready for competition. Successful applicants should possess high quality coaching techniques including demonstrated excellent sportsmanship, a commitment to success in the classroom, and the ability to interact with the community.

High School diploma required; Associates degree preferred. Previous playing and/or coaching at the intercollegiate level preferred.
