This position will manage the Saffron Cafe and Robin's Nest Coffee House. Duties includes hiring and scheduling of staff, ordering food beverages and supplies, monitoring budget and providing customer sales and service according to quality food, sanitation, production and services standards. Annual projected sales total $308,000 with 63,000 customer base.
