The Training Specialist will plan, develop and deliver training based on assessed needs using in-house resources as well as those available outside the Training Branch such as universities, experts in their fields, private contractors, etc.
Bachelor’s degree required
At least three years of related experience in protection and permanency required. Proficiency in using the TWIST system is preferred.

Special Instructions Summary:
The University Training Consortium (UTC) provides Administrative and Training Support Services to the Department for Community Based Services. This position is an EKU position, but housed under the UTC contract. The funding is in whole or part from federal, CHFS or other state funds and subject to renewal.
The location of the position will depend upon the candidate chosen.
