Position Summary:
An EKU Interior Finisher completes initial construction and repairs and finish work of university floors, walls and ceiling finishes such as ceramics, plaster, drywall, VCT and/or carpet working directly with the craft foreman and structural supervisor to complete work orders assigned in a quality, timely and safe manner.


Minimum Education:
High school diploma or GED is required.


Minimum Experience:
One year of related experience required.


Minimum Licensure and Certification:
Requires a valid state driver’s license.

Performs the Planning, installation, maintenance and repair to address problems documented on assigned work orders and as outlined in established procedures and regulations.
Maintains records of time, materials, and resources according to established procedures and as directed
