Engage and support families in family well-being, family outcomes, and school readiness and ensure they are connected to appropriate resources. Work directly with families and children birth to ages 5 years old. Work as part of a direct services team to engage family participation, complete required health screenings for children, provide family health, well-being, education opportunities, engage families in assessment and goal setting processes, and actively participate in recruitment.
