Job Summary

The College of Sciences and Mathematics ( COSAM ) is seeking an Academic Coordinator of Pre-Health Programs. The candidate will coordinate the day-to-day operations of academic programs and services for the Office of Pre-Health Programs.

Essential Functions

Essential functions include but are not limited to: managing the process related to professional school applications ( PPAC ); assisting in the planning and implementation of professional development programs for pre-health students; managing course offerings related to pre-health programs; maintaining databases and assisting with the assessment process; coordinating recruiting visits for prospective pre-health students; providing support for pre-health student groups; and coordinating a variety of administrative support programs. The successful candidate will be expected to exhibit progress in his/her own professional development.
