Work with the bioinformatics team to run existing bioinformatics pipelines.
Implement current technologies to develop bioinformatics pipelines for next-generation sequencing data analysis.
Maintain in-house databases.

Required Qualifications

M.S. or equivalent and experience in bioinformatics or computational biology.
Working knowledge of Python, Unix/Linux. Experience with high-performance computing ( HPC ).

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of R preferred.
