ATSU - HRIS Analyst & Auditor
A.T. Still University (ATSU) is seeking an HRIS Analyst & Auditor. The position can be remote or located on one of the ATSU campuses: Kirksville, Missouri; St. Louis, Missouri; Mesa, Arizona; or Santa Maria, California. The position reports to the Assistant Vice President of HR. The HRIS Analyst & Auditor will oversee and manage all HRIS related activity, and ultimately ensure the integrity of systems including the full HR suite of solutions, Time and Labor, and Payroll. The individual will support HR-related projects or efforts peripheral to the HRIS. The position will direct the analysis and design of improvements to HR Systems, and lead key activities to deliver identified improvements including the documentation of the process workflows, data models, concept authorization, security model updates to ensure data protection, reporting and dashboards, and internal operating procedures and end-user training materials. The HRIS Analyst & Auditor will ensure effective knowledge transfer and training of new functionality and system improvements with the HR team members to ensure ongoing optimal performance and process workflow. The individual will be able to identify, report on, and manage risks of general and critical issues. The individual will also use the UKG Pro test database to test and optimize the use of the HRIS and will audit areas of benefits, payroll, taxes, UKG Pro billing, and other HR areas as needed to ensure compliance and accuracy of the data.
In collaboration with other members of the HR management team and other internal groups, the HRIS Analyst & Auditor will create annual objectives for system management and improvement, delivering credible plans for development work on system configuration, input data harmonization opportunities, end-user skill sets, and optimization of the HR toolset for use in reporting and decision making. The individual will partner with internal and external resources to ensure identified improvements are implemented according to agreed time-frames and rollout objectives. The individual will also drive implementation and roll-out activities using established project management skills.
