Clinical Nurse Supervisor



Department: Nursing Department

Position Summary:
Monmouth University is seeking applications for Clinical Nurse Supervisors in the Nursing department.

The candidate would be expected to: conduct clinical visits to supervise students in the clinical area three times per semester; interact with the student's preceptor three times per semester and as needed; collaborate with the nursing faculty to complete student evaluation documentation as necessary.

Required Degree, License or Certifications:
Master's degree

Required Skills or Software:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately

Required Years of Experience: 1

Other Requirements:
Master’s degree in Nursing or related field. One year of experience or more as a Nurse Practitioner as it pertains to the specialty of the student he/she will be supervising. Currently employed as a Nurse Practitioner.
