About the Opportunity:
Under the supervision and guidance of the Associate Director of Student Recruitment and Enrollment, the Assistant Director of Student Recruitment and Enrollment will design and implement an effective recruitment strategy for generating new to university students within their assigned campus in the Global Network and counsel those prospects from initial contact through enrollment admission in the portfolio of program offerings. The Assistant Director's recruitment and enrollment strategy may include, but not limited to direct outreach via phone, text and email, virtual or in-person appointments and generating new prospects via recruitment tactics and channels that may include virtual and in-person events within the assigned territories designed to attract domestic, professional graduate students to meet campus enrollment and revenue goals.

Responsibilities:
Further responsibilities include group and individual counseling, advising students and employers regarding the admission process, conducting presentations, developing and maintaining relationships with companies, employers and transfer counselors, alumni volunteers, other university offices, colleges, and managing their territory throughout the entire admission cycle in alignment with accountabilities, conversion benchmarks and ultimately, enrollment goals. The Assistant Director role will be accountable for coordinating and managing specific constituent relationships or projects in addition to other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's degree preferred. 2 to 4 years of experience, student recruitment, college admissions and/or other customer service organizations. Any experience in counseling, recruitment, local travel, call campaigns, and small and large group presentations also preferred. Proven ability to work independently, excellent communication and presentation skills, sensitive and responsive to the needs of diverse constituencies and managing goals. This role will require one to be creative, tenacious, innovative, nimble and willing to create and execute plans or contingency plans as goals and needs rapidly evolve.

A successful candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to successfully work independently, and who actively contributes in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
