Description

The Department of Architecture at Ball State University seeks applicants for one full-time contract faculty position for the academic year 2021-22, starting August 20, 2021. Major responsibility: teaching undergraduate level design studios.

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited college or university.

Authorization to work in the US

Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

Professional degree in Architecture (Master’s degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited college or university); demonstrated ability to teach design studio and related courses in a professional degree program; professional license in Architecture or a PhD; professional practice experience; evidence of outstanding design skills and excellence in architectural design work; evidence of contributions to the profession; evidence of the potential for teaching excellence; evidence of the potential for quality scholarship.
