Position Function
Provide overall leadership and direction for the Department of Housing and Residence Life, and L.A. Pittenger Student Center and Programs; supervise professional, service/support, and para-professional staff in the management of facilities, personnel, budget and management for the assigned departments; participate as a senior member of the Student Affairs staff in planning, program evaluation, budget development and policy formation.
Minimum Education
Master’s degree.
Minimum Experience
Seven years of progressive, responsible experience in student affairs; administrative experience in housing and residence life; understanding of auxiliary budgets; supervisory experience.
Minimum Other
Clear evidence of excellent skills in collaboration, communication, planning, program evaluation, supervision, budget management, and organizational management.
Authorization to work in the US
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Education
Doctoral degree.
Preferred Experience
Experience with emergency response, strategic planning, inclusive excellence, and community engagement.
Preferred Other
