Position Function
Provide support to the Vice President for Student Affairs with the overall direction and leadership within the Division of Student Affairs; serve as a Student Affairs representative on high-level institutional committees; participate as a senior member of the Student Affairs staff in planning, program evaluation, budget development, and policy formation; provide leadership for the staff and area programs; lead the division’s Inclusive Excellence initiatives; provide oversight for the following areas: Disability Services, Multicultural Center, Guardian Scholars Program, Achievements App; work with a broad range of student programs in Student Affairs.
Minimum Education
Masters degree.
Minimum Experience
Seven years of progressive experience in working in higher education; experience supporting student access and access; supervisory experience.
Minimum Other
Clear evidence of skills in collaboration, communication, program planning, implementation and evaluation, and student engagement.
Authorization to work in the US
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Doctoral degree
Preferred Experience
Experience working with a broad range of student programs in Student Affairs and inclusive excellence.
