Position Summary:
Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Coordinator of Student Support and Veteran Services within the Division of Student Life.

This position serves two primary functions. One is to work with students that are experiencing some difficulty or challenge that may prevent them from being a successful student. The second is to serve as a primary point of contact for for student veterans, active duty personnel and dependents of military personnel at the University and to coordinate a comprehensive program of support and advocacy services. This position also serves as the University's School Certifying Official for verification and eligibility of veteran benefits.

Required Degree, License or Certifications:
Bachelor's degree

Required Skills or Software:
Must be able to utilize a variety of computer software programs in order to successfully complete assigned tasks, Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately, Must be able to operate a variety of office equipment, Basic Knowledge of MS Word 2013, Basic Knowledge of MS Excel 2013

Master’s degree. Strong leadership and management skills. Knowledge of enrollment management, student life, counseling and disability services. Knowledge of veteran affairs and military service.
