Required Qualification

Minimum of Associate’s degree in baking, pastry, or related.

Desired Qualifications

6 + years industry experience
Teaching experience
Bilingual in Spanish and English

Teach the core baking and pastry credit courses, Patisserie I, Patisserie II and including baking electives including Yeast Breads, Cake Decorating, and Contemporary Restaurant Desserts.
