Qualifications:
ACCTG 207.01, Federal Income Taxation of Individuals, Trusts, Estates and Gifts

Winter Quarter 2022, 01/10/2022 - 3/19/2022, Moraga campus: Meets in-person every other Saturday (Last two Saturday classes are back-to-back, 3/12 & 3/19) 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM and online every Wednesday evening 7:00-9:00 PM.

Course Description:

This course examines the concepts and laws related to federal taxation of individuals, trusts, estates, and gifts. It is also designed to give students the tools and techniques to identify, understand, and evaluate tax planning opportunities. Oral and written communication skills are emphasized.

Qualifications:

Minimum: MBA in accounting, CPA, active practitioner.

Preferred: Ph.D. in accounting that meets the definition of scholarly academic per AACSB guidelines.

Must have recent experience teaching auditing and submit student evaluations with application.
