Position Summary:
The ID Card Administrator is responsible for providing daily operational support to maintain, develop, and enhance the Eastern Kentucky University ID card program and will serve as the point of contact for information relating to the EKU ID card program to parents, students, and university staff. Additionally, the ID Card Administrator is responsible for performing meal plan account reconciliations, developing and providing meal plan financial reporting, developing new card functions and services, expanding existing card functions and services, marketing card functions and services, and maintaining various databases relative to card operations.

Minimum Education:
Certification or graduation from a 4 year college or university.

Minimum Experience:
•Five years of experience required.
•Customer service, marketing, computer services, or other relevant experience in a college or university setting is preferred.

Job Functions:
Oversee administration of the University ID card program, system, and all related services. Control the daily system management, hardware, and software maintenance and troubleshooting.
Oversight of the on-going development, expansion, enhancement, and marketing of the University ID Card program (on and off campus) including but not limited to: community outreach, program development and implementation, systems monitoring, and evaluation
Preside over the preparation, analyses, and reconciliation of financial reports and budgets for the Card Services Office.
Support the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned
