Affiliate Professor of Special Education

Grand Valley State University seeks an Affiliate Professor in Special Education beginning August 2021. This non-tenure track faculty member will help serve graduate and undergraduate students pursuing careers in special education. Applicants must have a Master’s in Special Education or closely related field; terminal degree preferred. Additionally, applicants must have: demonstrated ability to teach courses related to students with autism spectrum disorder, emotional disturbance, intellectual disability, and/or learning disability; a record of successful teaching or school-based experience at the K-12 level with students with disabilities; and demonstrated potential for teaching at the university level.
