Qualifications: Applicants must possess a master’s degree
or PhD in Spanish or a related field with a minimum of 18 graduate
level credits in Spanish. Experience teaching Spanish is desired.
Experience teaching online is essential. The successful candidate
must communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, as well
as demonstrate a commitment to undergraduate education and an
ability to build an effective rapport with undergraduate students
in an online learning environment.
Responsibilities: Teach online introductory and advanced
courses in Spanish. Position reports to the Chair of the Department
of English, Communication, and Global Languages in the College of
Arts and Sciences at Northern State University.
