You will:

Partner with faculty and staff across the school to build continuous improvement processes around all aspects of teaching and learning that are soundly based in education research. Important deliverables include:

    Engage with senior faculty and staff and play an important role in the accreditation process

    Manage strategic initiatives around academic policy and academic operations

    Manage a research agenda at the school targeted at ensuring Ross stays a center for teaching excellence. This would include identifying partners on campus to work with.

Responsibilities* Project Management

    Provide comprehensive project management by developing detailed work plans, project estimates, and status reports to achieve project outcomes.

    Work with the associate dean in developing and promoting academic initiatives across Ross.

    Analyze data for the purpose of strategic planning, resource allocation and use.

    Work with school faculty and broader university partners to identify strategic initiatives, document existing activities, launch new initiatives, and analyze outcomes.

    Develop communication processes across Ross regarding new initiatives and opportunities.

Data Analytics

    Use research to recommend and improve the quality of education, and the continuous improvement of academic programs and policies.

    Support data collection for consistency and to ensure pre/post test completion.

    Track and organize data and databases.

    Analyze data, within projects and across functions to report findings and aggregate impact.

    Summarize assessment findings in written reports, memoranda, and presentations with an emphasis on "at a glance" graphics to clearly communicate.

Required Qualifications* You Have:

    Bachelor's degree in a related field. Masters degree strongly preferred with 3+ years of relative experience or equivalent of education and experience.

    Project management related experience in mid-size complex projects with multiple partners

    Analyze information and manage projects

    Team-player, who is also effective independently
