Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow
in the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (Ref.:
503973), to commence as soon as possible for two years, with the
possibility of renewal.
Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in biomechanical or
biomedical engineering, neuroscience or a related discipline.
Preference will be given to those with experience in
musculoskeletal disorders. Applicants should also be
self-motivated, organized and able to work independently as well as
in a team. The appointee will work under the supervision of
Professor Kenneth Cheung in a translational research team on
scoliosis to develop and refine novel devices and assessment tools,
validate their use in human subjects, as well as to use machine
learning for predictive modeling. Those who have responded to the
