Job Description

This position serves as one of a team of assistant directors who plan, implement, and administer programs and initiatives designed to target, recruit, and admit students in undergraduate degree programs. This position requires some evening and weekend work and out of town travel.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with admissions experience; experience working with diverse populations; demonstrated organizational skills to accommodate multiple priorities, exemplary interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with individuals and large groups, computer proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable software.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference for Master's degree and experience in an admissions higher education setting. Experience with Slate, Banner, Coalition Application, Common App, Self-Reported Academic Record (SRAR), and non-cognitive processes.
