Job Summary

Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the College’s comprehensive employee benefit programs. Work closely with the Director, Engagement and Inclusion in the creation, management, and implementation of benefit plans and the communication and education of employee plan materials and administration. Ensure day to day administration, processes, audits, updates, and renewals are managed and resolved in compliance with applicable federal/state laws and internal policies and procedures. Act as a liaison between investment advisor, legal counsel and plan partners. Perform cost benefit analysis and provide recommendation to ensure benefits are competitive. Serve as the point of contact on all retirement planning and management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant area of study
Minimum of three to five years of professional level experience in benefit plan administration
Excellent Microsoft Office software skills
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Advanced customer service demeanor
Interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse college workforce
