Admin Support III - Women's Success Center

Position Category: Staff - Full-Time

Summary:
This position performs administrative support duties for the Women's Success Center team. The position performs and/or oversees a variety of administrative, fiscal, staff support, and planning activities, some of which require advanced or specialized knowledge and skills, such as budget administration, facility and inventory management, specialized record keeping, database management, and/or specified information-gathering projects and tasks. Coordinates and facilitates meetings, program functions, and/or special events, as appropriate and manages work flow with all full-time employees at the Women's Success Center. Trains and oversees part-time employees using a student success curriculum. Handles confidential and high priority task and interacts with high profile and critical individuals, programs, and departments on campus and in the community.

Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s related to the Summary of Duties or any combination of education and/or experience totaling four years.

  • Knowledge and intermediate to advanced skills in the use of technology and software including MS Team, Excel, Word.

Physical Requirements:
Frequently bending, twisting, reaching, standing, sitting, and walking. Frequent fine-hand manipulation typical with the use of a computer.

Pay Range: $27,592 - $34,490
