About the Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced contract recruiter who will play an integral part in our ongoing hiring efforts. Working with the Talent Acquisition team, you'll be responsible for high volume recruitment and for meeting specific staffing goals (time to fill, diversity hiring, recruiting compliance, etc.). The selected candidate will be required to develop a robust, diverse pipeline of candidates to fill positions quickly and efficiently. You will serve as a full lifecycle recruiter and manage the end-to-end search process for various requisitions and be responsible for sourcing and assessing candidates, passive candidate outreach, screening, interviewing, and scheduling interviews. Additional responsibilities include driving and managing the interview process by creating customized interview guides, coaching hiring managers on the interview process, checking references, and closing/hiring selected candidates.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for recruitment-related questions for hiring managers
  • Lead the recruitment process for several active open positions
  • Conduct intake meetings, partnering with each hiring manager on their recruitment activities based on specifics of their position
  • Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
  • Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
    • Schedule interviews and facilitate debrief meetings
  • Actively engage in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies
    • Participate in special projects as needed


    Qualifications:
    • 5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
    • A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources or Marketing.
    • Prior experience working with a high volume of requisitions supporting multiple functional areas.
    • Experience with sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidates
    • Experience with candidate care and balancing process with candidate experience
    • Knowledge with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving and time management skills, the ability to work independently and multi-task, and negotiation skills are required.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required.
