NURSING DIRECTOR -Revised/Extended Search

The Director of Nursing provides educational and administrative leadership for the development and administration of the nursing program. Responsible for advancing the quality of instruction and promotes student success while ensuring compliance with regulations of the NJ Board of Nursing and the ACEN accreditation standards and criteria. The Director of the Nursing Program works under the direction of the Dean of Science and Health Science.

Master's Degree in Nursing.  Registered Nurse, currently licensed in the State of New Jersey.  Three years clinical experience.   Five years of experience in higher education (preferably in a community college setting) with progressive evidence of leadership skills.  Experience with curriculum development.

Experience with instructional technology including simulation and distance- learning and online exam administration.  Knowledge of Monmouth County, NJ and its communities preferred.

Annual Entry Salary Range as of 7/1/21:

$79,362 - $91,266 commensurate with education/experience.
