Pay Range: $82,643 per year or higher depending on education and experience

Position Summary:
The Director of Campus Services is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the operational and fiscal aspects of designated Auxiliary Services shared services departments and contracts including, but not limited to, dining operations, procurement, pouring/vending and other shared services as assigned. The director ensures the programs and contracted services further the strategic plan of the university and meet identified student outcomes specifically in the areas of quality, community, affordability and flexibility.


Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree (or its equivalent) in Finance, Business, Administration, or Hospitality; an additional four year’s of experience in food service management, business administration, hotel and restaurant management or related field may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 2 years experience with procurement and contract management;
• A minimum of 3 years experience with food service management, business administration, hotel and restaurant management or related field.


Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in food service operations and management including maintenance, operating systems, emergency procedures and risk management;
• At least two years of experience running a large comprehensive multi-unit dining program;
• Demonstrated project management experience;
• Demonstrated understanding of special needs of customers, including but not limited to nutrition programs, accommodations for allergies, and working knowledge of ADA issues impacting food service programs.
